Our courses will go live on October 26, 2026.
Five modules
Five modules. One question running through all of them.
What does this person actually need from me right now, and what am I able to give them?
Five modules take you from how fraud works to breaking the spell and supporting recovery. Every module is trauma-informed, practical and built on lived experience and research. The next victim who turns to you deserves to feel believed and supported.

THE Complete S.A.F.E Course
Five modules, twelve weeks, HeartOSINT, the final assessment and the S.A.F.E. certificate.
Module 3 (Breaking the Spell) and Module 5 (Put S.A.F.E. into Practice) are part of the complete course only. They build directly on the modules before them.

What the module covers
01
Ayleen’s own story, told in full, including the part most audiences never hear.
02
How a fraudster builds trust, dependency and urgency step by step. Until saying yes feels like the only reasonable thing to do.
03
The four survival responses you will meet in the conversation: fight, flight, freeze and fawn. What each one sounds like on the phone.
04
Grief after fraud: the money, a relationship that never existed and trust in your own judgement, all gone at once
05
The second wound: what being disbelieved adds on top of the crime. How quickly that turns into silence.
What people take from it
They stop asking privately why somebody fell for it. That question does not survive this module. Once it is gone, the conversation changes on its own.
Module One - Weeks 1-3
The psychological and emotional impact of fraud.
Why a careful, competent person ends up sending the money and what it does to them afterwards.
This is the foundation. Fraud is a psychological crime that also takes your money. Until a professional understands that, everything they say afterwards is aimed at the wrong problem.
What the module covers
01
How to turn difficult conversations into moments of trust.
02
The S.A.F.E. Conversation as a structure to hold on to: Stop, Ask, Feel, Engage.
03
Your team learns what to say in the hardest moments and why it helps. That understanding carries over to new situations too.
04
One case followed through the whole module, from the first contact to the close.
05
A full practice arena: one conversation from the first sentence to the close, where your choices change what happens next.
What people take from it
Sentences. Wording they can use in the next conversation, rather than a model to memorise.
Module two - Weeks 4-5
Effective communication with fraud victims.
What to say. What to write. What never to say. The most practical module in the programme.
What the module covers
01
Why the direct warning backfires. What the person hears when you give it.
02
How to let somebody arrive at their own doubt, by mirroring their story back rather than handing them your conclusion.
03
When to slow down and when to stop: the safety limits, plus what to do when you turn out to be wrong.
04
The second conversation and the tenth, because this is rarely settled in one.
05
An honest chapter on how often this does not work. Plus what still helps when it does not.
What people take from it
The skills to reach someone under the spell and the patience to stay with them until they see the truth.
Module three - Weeks 6-8
Breaking the spell.
How to reach somebody who is still being manipulated. And still defending the person doing it.
The hardest conversation in fraud. It is also the one professionals most often lose by doing the obvious thing. Warning somebody under a fraudsters influence usually pushes them further in. This module teaches what works instead.
What the module covers
01
The recovery journey month by month, including the collapse that arrives long after everybody else has moved on.
02
How the shame spiral works and how a professional can interrupt that spiral.
03
The second approach: why victim data is kept and resold. What the next attempt usually looks like.
04
One case followed across a whole recovery, from the first report to the year after.
05
The longest practice arena in the programme, where a choice in week one changes what somebody says to you in month five.
What people take from it
How to support a victim long after the case is closed. They can stop the shame spiral, prevent a second wound and help victims spot a second fraud in time.
Module four - Weeks 9-10
Supporting victims beyond the fraud.
The months after. The collapse that arrives late. The second approach that is still coming.
Most support stops when the file closes, which is usually well before the hardest part begins. This module follows the journey in the order a person actually lives it.
What the module covers
01
A return to each of the first four modules with everything you now know.
02
One case followed through six moments in a row, where your earlier choices change what happens later.
03
The four S.A.F.E. commitments as the frame: see the victim, acknowledge the trauma, facilitate recovery, enable reporting.
04
Three commitments to finish: start one, share one, raise one.
05
Whether you work on the front line or lead a team, you find the route that fits your role. You decide what to start, what to share and what to raise in your organisation.
What people take from it
Know which part of a victim’s journey passes through their hands and how to make it better. They leave with small, concrete steps that fit into a busy day, starting on Monday.
Module five - Weeks 11-12
Put S.A.F.E. into practice.
Creating safer, more empathetic organisations. Turning it all into lasting change.
Every victim’s journey passes through many hands. Safer organisations begin when each person improves their own part and makes that change last. This module asks two questions. Which part of the journey passes through your hands? What will you change from Monday?
Heartosint
A safe space to practice against manipulation.
The S.A.F.E. course spends five modules explaining why a careful person says yes. HeartOSINT lets you watch it happen inside a single message, in about a minute. It is included in S.A.F.E. Academy.
You paste something that did not sit right. The tactics come back named and quoted from the message itself. Not a checklist of warning signs. Not a probability score. The actual sentence, with the technique that was used written beside it. Once you have seen a script pulled apart that way, you cannot unsee it in the next one.
Then you practise against those tactics live, in a simulation you can stop at any moment. Nothing you type is stored.

At the time of writing HeartOSINT is covering romance, investment, employment and coercion fraud.
HeartOSINT is built and published by Riskoria and is included with the S.A.F.E. Academy programme. It is a practice tool rather than an assessment. Nothing you do in it counts towards your certification. It does the one thing the modules cannot: it lets you feel the machinery working on you.

How they fit together
In order or one at a time.
Each module builds on the one before. Together they take you from understanding to action, step by step. What you learn in one module, you use in the next. By the end, it all comes together in how you work with victims every day.
01
02
04
Modules one, two and four are also available on their own, per person. Each one solves a specific problem. If your people struggle most with what to say, start with module two. If people disappear after the file closes, start with module four.
03
05
Module three and module five are part of the full certification only. Breaking the spell asks you to use everything modules one and two teach. Module five works by taking you back through the four before it. Following either one on its own would leave you without the ground it stands on.
