Your team already interacts with fraud victims. Make every interaction count.

Fraud detection keeps evolving. The human response deserves the same attention. S.A.F.E. Academy trains the people behind that response: bank staff, police officers, first responders and victim support workers. They learn to listen, build trust and help victims feel safe enough to keep talking, so recovery can begin.

Let’s explore what S.A.F.E. Academy can do for your organisation. Tell us where your team needs support and we’ll help you find the right training.

We start with what your team needs. That could be a focused session on one challenge, a selection of modules or the full S.A.F.E. certificate programme. Online learning can be combined with live sessions, in-person workshops, consultancy or a keynote by Ayleen.

Together, we agree on the content, format, language and schedule. That way, the training fits your team and the time you have.

What it means for your organisation

Victims often share more, so your investigations run on better information. Clear explanations lead to fewer repeat calls and complaints. People are more likely to keep reporting. And your team knows what to say, even in the hardest conversations.

WHAT CHANGES

The S.A.F.E. difference

While the scam is still running. The moment the truth comes out. Long after the case is closed. These are the moments victims remember. The training prepares your team for each of them.

01

Build trust

Help people feel heard, understood and safe enough to share what happened. Respond without judgement, even when shame makes their story difficult to tell.

02

Break the spell

Understand the manipulation keeping someone trapped. Learn how to reach them, weaken the scammer’s influence and help them trust their own instincts again.

03

Support recovery

Help people understand their options, access the right support and take their next steps. Arrange handovers that spare them from repeating painful details.

Licensing and white label

Run S.A.F.E. inside your own learning environment.

All five modules are available for licensing through your own LMS, with compatibility and setup confirmed as part of the licensing process. Choose co-branded delivery or training under your organisation’s own brand, with S.A.F.E. clearly acknowledged as the source of the methodology.

A structured train-the-trainer handover equips your facilitators to deliver the programme with confidence and consistency, preserving the S.A.F.E. approach.

The methodology, modules and materials remain the intellectual property of S.A.F.E. by Ayleen Charlotte. We agree licensing terms that reflect your delivery needs.

Become a founding partner

Help write the new standard. Be the first to use it.

S.A.F.E. is building a new standard for how organisations respond to fraud victims. We are writing it now, together with a few selected partners.

As a founding partner, you bring your team’s experience into the training. You see new material first and help us test it in practice. Your organisation is named in the programme. And your team is among the first to be trained to the new standard.

Founder Ayleen Charlotte is a Board Member of the Global Anti-Scam Alliance. S.A.F.E. works closely with partners such as the American Bankers Association, Victim Support Europe and the United Nations.

The full programme takes 12 weeks, at a few hours a week. Each module takes two to three weeks. It is self-paced, so your team can learn around their daily work.

Yes. Modules 1, 2 and 4 are also available on their own. Modules 3 and 5 build on the other modules, so they are part of the full programme.

It is a certificate of completion for the Advanced Program in Victim-Centered Fraud Response. Participants earn it by completing all five modules and passing the final assessment, including the safety questions. It shows they have practised the skills in realistic situations.

No. The training uses its own realistic practice cases.

It is built with that in mind. Regular Mindful Moments give your team
room to pause and reflect. The training also helps them look after
themselves and know where their role ends.

That depends on the size of your team and what you need. For teams of five or more, we put together a proposal that fits your organisation. Tell us how many people you want to train and we’ll send you a clear offer.

How do you turn what your team learns into lasting change?

The S.A.F.E. Organisational Implementation Toolkit helps managers, policy leads and implementation teams put the training into everyday practice. Map the victim’s journey. See where your processes help victims and where they can improve. Choose the changes that matter most. Then test them in a structured 90-day pilot and measure the impact.
